within the Dr. Day Care Family

Director

Oversees the supervision of children, staff and program. Duties include daily paperwork,

implementing curriculum, communicating with parents and staff, collecting tuition,

and being liaison between school personnel and site.

Assistant Director

Assists the Director with all aspects of the center including but not limited to administrative duties,

overseeing staff, collecting tuition, and following policies and procedures.

The Assistant Director is responsible for operating the center in the Director's absence.

Head Teacher
Responsible for supporting the classroom teachers with curriculum development,

classroom environment, and progress reports.

Lead Teacher
Responsible for the general supervision and management of the classroom, planning and implementing

the daily program under the direction of the head teacher, planning and preparing the learning environment.

Teacher Assistant
Assists in the daily operation of the classroom.

TCCS Clinician
Does intake screenings of children for Therapeutic Child Care Services (TCCS).

Weekly observation/supervision of specialist working with the children.

Therapeutic Integration Specialists (TIS)
Assists in the daily operation of the classroom,

supervising therapeutic child care children as part of an inclusive classroom.

Nurse

Volunteers
